The product(s) take anywhere between 3-10 business working days (Monday –Friday) to reach you depending on your location. This excludes weekends and any Indian Public holidays. As soon as we ship your order we will notify you and you may track your order thereon.
Express deliveries take 3-5 business working days (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and any Indian Public holidays.

RETURN, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY
You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) and return the same within 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since the day you receive the product(s), unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange of any kind.
Incase of a return, you may choose the same item in a different size/colour or any other item of the same value or more. You will have to pay a price differential if the new item selected is of a higher value. We will ship the product only after the payment is received.

Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business working days for our team to get back to you to tell you the procedure to follow.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the original amount paid.
Refunds Will Be Processed Within 5-7 Business Working
You can cancel your order by mailing us at email@example.com on the website itself until the product is shipped. However, in the event that the product has been shipped already, we will have to deduct the shipping cost from the reimbursement amount to reimburse us for the shipping cost. The balance will be refunded to you.
